Geraldine Rider, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky Born April 18, 1949 in Perry County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Gladys Hollon. She was a member of Grace Covenant Church of God Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Lee Rider, daughter, Anna (Scott) Richey, grandchildren, Deven Richey of Scottsburg, Indiana, Alisha (Daniel) Neal of Seymour, Indiana, great-grandchildren, Davian Neal, Brighten Batman, Landon Neal, and Madeline Batman, all of Seymour, Indiana, brothers, Charles (Cathy) Hollan of Austin, Indiana, Ray (Linda) Hollan of Michigan, and Vernon (Ann) Hollan of Corpus Cristi, Texas, her aunt Margaret White of Crothersville, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Gladys Hollan, one sister, Lois Napier. Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, Indiana with Rev. Steve Gwlatney officiating. Visitation will be 10 am to 2 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
