Carnet David Peacock, 79, of Deputy, Indiana passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022. Born May 25, 1942 in Scott County, Indiana, he was the son of the late Manville and Mamie Peacock. He retired from Cummins Engine after 30 years and he was a member of Alpha Baptist Church in Deputy, Indiana. Survivors include sons, Robert David Peacock, Everett Earl Peacock, Kenneth Allen Peacock, Roscoe Darren Peacock, daughters, Evelyn Kaye Peacock, Tracy Linette Peacock, six siblings, Curtis Peacock, Phillip Peacock, Sue Payne, Eunice Lacey, Rita Smith, and Caroline Myers. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Emma Elizabeth Peacock, Ellie Rose Peacock, Joselyn Isabella Peacock, Roscoe Darren Peacock, Jr.,Ethan Scott Peacock and Freya Rhys Peacock. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Evelyn Peacock, twin sons, Carnet & David Peacock, siblings, Earl Peacock, Nara & Nora Peacock, Eva Snowden, and Olena Kintner. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Alpha Baptist Church in Deputy, Indiana. Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm Monday at Buchanan Funeral Home and after 11 am Tuesday at Alpha Baptist Church. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Austin, Indiana.
