Buchanan Funeral Home of Austin, Indiana was established in 1935 by Hubert and Evelyn Buchanan.
Three years later, the firm moved to the Odd Fellows Lodge on U.S. Highway 31 South and then to its present location in 1956: 115 North Second Street.
Over the years there have been many additions to the building, including a second chapel, two lounges, an arrangement room, office and larger display areas.
Today the business is operated by third generation Buchanans.
Families know they can count on us to provide them the comfort they need when they need it most
